1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 75bd1 platform and all associated services. By creating an account on 75bd1 or using any of its services, you explicitly agree to abide by these Terms.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

Each user may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts under the same person will be considered misuse of the welcome bonus or other promotional benefits. In such cases, 75bd1 may close all related accounts and forfeit any balances.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirements have been met.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• 75bd1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5 VIP Program & Rewards Policy

Active members on 75bd1 are automatically enrolled in the VIP program. The program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Tier level is determined by the user's regular activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is added to the account each week in a set amount with no wagering requirement on the bonus, though 75bd1 reserves the right to change this rule.

6 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75bd1. If detected, the account may be immediately closed and any balance forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or playing on behalf of another person's account
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to operate an account
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk strategies using bonus funds (bonus abuse)
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through chargebacks or payment disputes
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Using 75bd1 for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Harassing or defrauding other users

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• A self-requested account closure

9 Limitation of Liability
